Ms. Fakhar is the founding Chairperson of Market @ccess Promotion – M@P and Partner Fakhar Law International - FLI. M@P is a market intelligence company providing research and advisory services, in multi-disciplinary areas like data collection, vision development, technology driven solutions, advisory services on trade and investment issues. M@P has developed its infrastructure to provide most services through an in-house advisory call- center; it operates in four countries and has strategic alliances in Europe, US and the Middle East. Ms. Fakhar is currently advising Government of Bahrain on NAMA & Bahrain-US Free Trade Agreement, private sector in Afghanistan on trade facilitation, private sector of Pakistan in textile, agri-culture, automotives and dairy sectors. Ms. Fakhar has authored Pakistan’s White Revolution Paper of the dairy industry. She has raised more than 150 million dollars for various development projects in Pakistan. Ms. Fakhar has consulted with trade organizations like the World Trade Organization, International Trade Centre, SAARC Chamber of Commerce (South Asian Agreement on Regional Co-operation, UNDP, UNCTAD and others. She designed the Textech SME software for the garment sector and is currently designing a trade portal Tradetech for the GCC countries. Prior to founding M@P Ms. Fakhar worked with Clifford Chance in their London Offices. She received her Masters Degree in Trade Law and Policy from University of Cambridge, Downing College.
